Thomas Guidotti

Tom is a Senior Project Manager at Curotec. He has 8+ years of experience with a background as a tech startup founder, director of operations for a consulting firm, and an operations manager for an e-commerce consumer product company. Tom has a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. He specializes in custom-built business application projects, E-commerce, and Intranet systems. Tom has always found himself as the organizer/glue of any team or company he has been a part of. This leads him to be an effective Project Manager as he is able to lead a team and bridge that gap between a boardroom discussion to actionable technology plans and implementation.

Tom makes it his goal for every client he works with to get a deep understanding of the consumer needs, business roadmap, and key problem areas so that he can translate our efforts into client success every time we deliver a product. What Tom brings to the table is keen attention to detail and a great understanding of the core business objectives.

In his spare time, Tom likes to spend time with his family and friends by going on hikes, camping, and playing music. He also has a love for the sport of football and can be found glued to the TV on any given Sunday.
