Mike brings deep expertise in software engineering, with a focus on site reliability and building systems at scale. He’s just as passionate about engineering culture as the technology itself, developing teams that follow best practices and building the kind of environment where great work happens consistently.

He has spent most of his career on product teams within digital media, leading modernization efforts and managing technology for a portfolio of brands serving 500M+ monthly users. As a senior leader on the Cloud Architecture Engineering team, he helped shape the strategy for observability, cost optimization, and system design. Mike believes that reliable systems start with strong foundations: clear standards, repeatable processes, and teams that take ownership. He’s passionate about developing engineers and building teams that hold themselves to a high standard.

Outside of work, Mike spends his time playing music, watching Formula 1, and spending time with his family.
