Rebecca currently serves as Vice President of Operations at Curotec, where she drives delivery excellence and operational effectiveness across the organization. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Wursta, where she oversaw global business operations, professional services, and client engagement, and at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), where she pioneered cross-functional initiatives to shape the “Future of Work.” Earlier in her career, Rebecca advanced through multiple executive roles at Kaplan, where she formalized the enterprise PMO, led a global migration to Google’s collaboration platform for 28,000 employees, and launched innovative learning and productivity solutions that drove significant cost savings and engagement gains.

Known for her ability to align strategy with execution, Rebecca builds high-performing teams and fosters cultures of collaboration and innovation.
